Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs (one at a time) mixing until well combined. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and whisk to shift. Add this dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in raisins, nuts and candy bar chunks. Place dough 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet using a small ice cream scoop (approx 2 inch balls of dough). I like to use a silpat sheet so they don’t stick. Bake until golden, about 20 min. Move them to a wire rack to cool. Eat and smile! (makes
about 1 dozen)
