Blonde Brownie Mix Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounce) light brown sugar
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

Beat 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup butter softened and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract at medium speed with a mixer until blended. Gradually add all other ingredients, mix until blended.

Spoon in to a greased and floured 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake 25 more minutes.

Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut in to squares.
