Alec Marken & Deep Stirrings — a 7-person folkrock group, including vocals, harmonies, lead electric guitar, rhythm acoustic guitar, stand up bass, keyboard, djembe, fiddle, and percussion. Our orginals vary from ballads to folkrock to rock to blues to flamenco styles, and cover songs often include folk, rock, folkrock, blues, Irish...depends on the night. We've played for many causes and festivals, and are always looking for new opportunities and great venues. We want to reach you, stir you, get you singing and dancing, and join forces with you in making this world a little more harmonious!
